Dana Cahn Gordon, LCSW, is the Founder and CEO of f.a.c.e.s (Family and Coparenting Enrichment Services), a behavioral health organization she established in 2016 to deliver comprehensive, high-quality services to families navigating separation, divorce, and the complexities of the family court system. Her concept of f.a.c.e.s. is unique, offering a collaborative approach, with behavioral and family court services available under one roof. This provides families with greater convenience, continuity of care, and coordinated support. With over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience, Dana has strategically built f.a.c.e.s into a respected, multi-service organization known for its professionalism, discretion, neutrality, and exceptional standard of care throughout the Tri-County area of South Florida.

Through her vision and leadership, she has cultivated a highly trained, multidisciplinary team recognized for consistency, responsiveness, and excellence in service delivery. Dana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and Qualified Parenting Coordinator who collaborates closely with leading attorneys, courts, and legal professionals.

Her work reflects a commitment not only to service, but to setting a higher standard—positioning f.a.c.e.s as a trusted leader in family-centered care.

Departments Manager-Natalia Ospina has been a valued member of the f.a.c.e.s. team for more than five years, bringing dedication, experience, and a strong commitment to serving families and the community.

As Departments Manager, Natalia plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of f.a.c.e.s. and ensuring that families receive consistent, professional, and compassionate service. She works closely with staff, providers, and families to help promote effective communication, teamwork, and quality service delivery.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Natalia is committed to being a reliable and approachable resource for the families and community we proudly serve. Her passion for helping others and dedication to the mission of f.a.c.e.s. are reflected in her work each day.

Connie Harrell is a Certified Family Life Educator with more than five decades of experience supporting children and families through parent education, family reunification, child advocacy, and coparenting services.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, Connie has dedicated her career to helping parents strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and create healthier outcomes for their children. She has worked extensively with the Broward County court and child welfare systems and has collaborated with judges, attorneys, mental health professionals, and community organizations. Connie has also been recognized for her significant contributions to children and families, including being named 2007 Citizen of the Year by the Broward County chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.

Connie was instrumental in the founding of f.a.c.e.s. and has been a cornerstone of the organization since its beginning. As one of the founding educators, she helped establish and teach the CoParenting and Parenting Programs and helped develop the Restoring Family Relations (RFR)andParent Conflict Solutions (PCS) programs that f.a.c.e.s. continues to provide today.

Known affectionately by the families she serves as the “guru” of parenting and co-parenting, Connie is highly respected and loved by parents for her wisdom, experience, compassion, and ability to connect with families. Her decades of knowledge and dedication continue to be an invaluable part of the f.a.c.e.s. team and the families we serve.

Jason Cabrera serves as the Billing Specialist at f.a.c.e.s., where he brings professionalism, a positive attitude, and a supportive approach to his work. He plays an important role in supporting the company’s billing operations and assisting clients and colleagues with billing-related needs.

Jason earned his associate in arts degree in Accounting from Miami Dade College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership and Management Innovation with a concentration in accounting.

Jason is committed to providing helpful and professional service while continuing to develop his knowledge and skills in accounting and management. He values teamwork and strives to contribute to a positive experience for both clients and the f.a.c.e.s. team.

Max-Ann Ebanks began her professional journey with f.a.c.e.s. as an intern in 2024. After earning her bachelor’s degree in social work, she was honored to return to the organization as a Programs Liaison.

Through her experience at f.a.c.e.s., Max-Ann has developed valuable skills in working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She is committed to building positive relationships, providing support, and contributing to a welcoming and professional experience for those we serve.

Max-Ann’s dedication to helping others and her passion for social work are reflected in her commitment to supporting the individuals and families who are part of the f.a.c.e.s. community.

Debbie Penaranda serves as a Supervised Visitation Scheduling Coordinator at f.a.c.e.s., where she plays an important role in coordinating supervised visitation services and supporting families throughout the scheduling process.

Debbie is committed to helping create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where parents and children can spend meaningful time together while working to build and strengthen their relationships. She works to provide families with clear communication, assistance, and support as they navigate the visitation process.

Outside of f.a.c.e.s., Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, participating in outdoor activities, and traveling. She looks forward to connecting with the families we serve and helping make their experience with f.a.c.e.s. as smooth and positive as possible.

Eva Stanley joined f.a.c.e.s. in 2022 after earning her bachelor’s degree in social work. She continued her education at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2023.

Since joining f.a.c.e.s., Eva has grown both professionally and personally through her work supporting children, parents, and families. Her experience has strengthened her understanding of the importance of teamwork, effective communication, consistency, and compassionate support when working with families involved in the dependency system.

In her role as Scheduler and Case Manager and Dependency Case Liaison for the Supervised Visitation Department, Eva helps coordinate services, support families throughout the visitation process, and facilitate communication among families, staff, and referral partners. She is committed to ensuring that families receive clear guidance and consistent support throughout their involvement with f.a.c.e.s.

Eva brings a collaborative and family-centered approach to her work and strives each day to contribute positively to the families we serve and to the continued success of the f.a.c.e.s. team.
